ARC Loan Mistakes

This article will cover the mistakes business owners make in trying to get and ARC loan and what you can do to avoid the same mistakes. Mistakes are time wasters and time is of the essence when it comes to getting the ARC Loans.
Mistake 1: Not understanding there is a time limit. Yes, ARC loans became available in June of 2009; however, there will not be there forever. By knowing the deadlines and anticipating how much time it will take you to apply, you can avoid rushing. Rushing your paperwork will cause you to forget or leave out important information. Information gathering will be vital to creating an application that will get you the money.
Mistake 2: Not asking for the top amount. You need to know the maximum amount you can ask for and ask for it. This will bring you up to date with a lot of other bills. People are afraid to ask for more than they ‘need’. If you business is to expand, you have to do more than just get enough to keep you going. You have to get enough to go past survival and into Thrive. Ask for the proper amounts.
Mistake 3: Applying to the wrong banks. Not every bank will be doing these loans. Many banks do not think these loans will help. They think of the loans as being a problem in the long run. Some banks who are saying they are doing the loans are not up and running yet. I have had people write me at the Wright Place
TV Show and tell me, the bank they called, didn’t have the paperwork and were not ready to take applications. Some banks, no one knows anything about the ARC loans, or who they work. So do not waste time running from bank to bank. Start with your own business bank. You have a relationship with them and you can easily speak with someone who will tell you, what your bank is willing to do.

The new season has a few different things happing. All are exciting; all have some great benefits to the viewers and readers of this blog. One is a business book review. Why a book review? Because over 400 books are published each day. While we know we must enhance our business education by read or listening to books, there are just too many to figure out what is good and what is a waste of time. I am going to help you with that task. Many people send me their business books. Some want to be on the show, some want a book review. I?ve been polite. I read most books sent to me because I am always open to learning new things. Now, I want to make all that time I spend reading of value to my viewers. As we move into this 10 year anniversary season of the Wright Place TV Show, I am putting into place some new things. 2 people who I have found to have great information and be fantastic people are Dave Saunders and Kimberly Kelly. I like to work with people I like and respect. And it really doesn?t matter if you make $10 million dollars when you treat people poorly and have no integrity. It?s great to make the money; however, you got some karma coming back that is going to kick your behind big time. You can only hope the money can pay to bail you out.
I digress. Dave Saunders and Kimberly Kelly will be contributing to the Wright Place in this upcoming year. Kelly will have some great articles on the site, so check them out. And Dave Saunders will be featured as our Branding expert on upcoming shows. Both of them have some great products and eBooks, so you need to check out their website and what they have to offer. Both also are wells of information that are barely being tapped right now.
Many of you are missing out by not engaging them. I hope my viewers take advantage of the resources these folks have to offer. They also both genuinely want to help my viewers. They know how to make money, however, they do care about people, like I care about people and that says a lot!
