Crowdfunding Setting Sun Sake

Using locally grown rice and yeast unique to Southern California Josh Hembree and Keldon Permuda are ready for biggest equipment to create a Sake brewery and tasting room. Setting Sun Sake will be made in Miramar. The money goes towards the lab equipment, tasting room and aging barrel. Keldon has experience in the brewery business.

When you support this project, you can be part of the bottle club, art or even a merchandise pack with a hoodie, hat, T-shirts, stickers and a grain of rice with your name on it. Setting Sun Sake is a passion project; all about feeding the new upsurge in Sake popularity and you can be one of the first people to get in.
