Edison is seeking qualified and certified WMDVBE providers of safety competency test & coaching services utilizing Hogan Safety Assessment Tool. Supplier must be knowledgeable user of the Hogan Safety Assessment Tool.
Work Scope:
The consultant shall provide the following services and resources:
? Classroom training for managers and supervisors on the use of the Hogan Safety Assessment tool
? Classroom training for employees on the use of the Hogan Safety Assessment tool
? Optional training on team safety training
? Presentations to interested and affected groups on the Hogan Safety Assessment tool
Web based access to the Hogan Safety Assessment tool including the assessment, assessment scoring, assessment results report and e-learning modules that provide resources on how to improve safety competencies
Supplier Service Capabilities:
a. Provide secured web-based access to the Hogan Safety Assessment tool including assessment scoring and reporting.
b. Provide paper access to the Hogan Safety Assessment tool including assessment scoring and reporting (fax communication)
c. Provide web-based tools and resources for individuals to use to improve their Hogan Safety Assessment including e-learning modules, planning tools and strategies for safety competency improvement.
d. IT security measures to confidentiality of assessments results and use of improvement resources.
On-site training resources including consultants and training materials.
