Zappos Customer Service

I went to Zappos Las Veags warehouse on the way home from Renegades of Persuasion.
The huge warehouse selection was great, plus it was clern and ORGANIZED!
Even though it was self serve, the staff check on me to make sure I was getting what I needed.
They were friendly and the online brand translated to the physical store.
It was pointed out to me that a lady was there from corporate and she was shopping.
That says a lot.
They also have a courtesy shuttle to bring people into the store- I think it picks them up at another mall. Cool way to steal customers!
They also took time to ask me if I had AAA so I could get even more off the great discounted shoes.
It’s nice when a brand matches all the down, don’t you think?
