The deal is this: You need a pool or a pond to fish in. You need a pool of hungry fish that want your product.
You need a lead product to pull then in and a higher end product to make your profits. Profit is not a bad word. Profit is what will make your business STAY in business and grow.
This is how the people who are doing word of mouth only look. There are few businesses that can sustain that model. If you are in one of them, wonderful! Keep going.
If you are not making the money you want, look and see how big your pool is or how hungry your potential clients are.
