Online Coordination

I love planning and I am always looking to ways to coordinate various parts of my business online. I know there are a lot of people who say, hey I pick up my laptop and go, everything is online.

I am not looking for that type of business. I just want to be more efficient.
I tried the Basecamp and another coordination thingy and it just does not really work well for me. I know a lot of people like and use it though.

First of all they are not visual enough for me. Secondly only a few of my team members seem to LIKE to use it. Creatives…not so much and guess what? Camera people, directors are really creatives. If your team won’t use your solution then it’s really no good. Read more
